I went to the Safeway Pharmacy to get my Covid and Flu shots. I chose the strongest preventative Modena. Then called a cab.
I was waiting on the sidewalk, the cab pulled up. The driver yells, “Get in!!!”. I reply, “I would if you’d unlock the door.” The ride didn’t improve. He mixed up Florida for Alabama Streets. I was grateful when we arrived and slammed the door, saying “Thank you”, out of habit.
So, I started to believe that folks who responded to my post (1,700) in favor of driverless cars had a point. A first for me.
Looking up, the great guys at Digital Revolution finished the transfer of my old VHS tape. It’s online now. Talk about memory lane. As I looked at it, I thought, “how did I get that aerial shot?” The answer was in the credits. A fellow student was a pilot and he offered to take me ‘up’. Tim Nagy. That was fun! The video is called “Restless – a Fairytale for the 21st Century”.
