The World Cup in Soccer/football. I am among those who jump on the bandwagon at the last minute. Even so, it was thrilling to watch. One point. That was the only point in the whole match. What a happy, ectastic moment for the Spanish team. I imagine Lourdes in San Sebastián with her friends cheering.
I got the Sunday New York Times for the first time today since I stopped reading it pre eye surgery. (small print) It seemed to be quite a lot thinner than before. Maureen Dowd’s column was great as usual. She listed Trump’s failings resulting “in a bonfire of his vanities”. Opinion Section. My opinion, too.
Tomorrow I have some errands and am hoarding my Paratransit credit. My last doctor appointment is Thursday and it’s too far to walk. But, it wouldn’t be possible at all without a working phone. Thank you T-Mobile.
Et, c’est toute.
