Finding a new dentist became a real hunt. I found one, Nil Yucel, DDS, and booked an appointment for Friday. I also have a follow up cardiologist appointment in the morning on Friday. The doctor co-pays and taxis add up. I have my budget limits. Should work, adding the last-for-a-while podiatry appointment. With the exception of my birthday, doctors seem to be my only destination.
I watched “To Die For” with Nicole Kidman and Joaquin Phoenix. Both actors did a good job. The plot was despicable. Skip it is my advise.
Autrefois, the weather is great! I took my current read “The Last Bookshop” outside. It has me turning the pages, breath held. When I finish it, most likely tomorrow, I’ll request batch of library books (list ready). Of the four, “Voices from the Kitchen”. It’s about immigrant restaurant workers and what they have to say.
More about food. Patti sent me a recipe for Ciabatta croutons because I mentioned how exceptional they were in my Caesar salad with my birthday lunch. Get my chef’s hat on and spend some worthwhile time. Yum!
